About Shauna

After a successful international career as one of Australia’s leading female ski instructors, Shauna has found a passion for helping snowsports enthusiasts and athletes understand more about their body. With this experience, clients have been able to achieve a high level of performance and prevent injuries from occurring. Shauna understands the importance of having a healthy functioning body to gain the most out of whatever you’re wanting to accomplish. After suffering skiing injuries and a debilitating concussion herself, Shauna knows the impact of long term injuries on the body and how frustrating they can be to manage. Shauna loves working with clients from all walks of life.
