About Nick

Nick has “adult-onset gymnastics” and has spent the last few years making progress towards static strength skills such as the Iron Cross and planche. He first encountered the benefits of Soft Tissue Therapy whilst working in Stockholm in 2000, and found after a long run that he could no longer walk without Achilles tendon pain. After experimenting with massaging the tendons various ways and finally restoring his ability to walk properly, he wondered what he’d done, and thought “I have got to learn how to do this properly!”

He enjoys seeing clients benefit from their treatment, and also enjoys teaching them how to use corrective exercise and movements to keep those benefits flowing!

Nick is available at Clinic 88 Deakin.
