About Etienne

Etienne’s soft tissue interests and treatment perspective have been born out of his time as; firstly a high level amateur cyclist and now as a elite level trail runner, where over a number of years and injuries he has undergone a lot soft tissue therapy himself. As a result Etienne has built into his soft tissue approach a stronger understanding of running; notably in relation to the pelvis and running injuries especially those due to poor posture and/or running mechanics.

Etienne likes to take a pro-active preventative approach that involves a blend of both soft tissue therapy and an exercise.

‘If you get the underlying mechanisms right you will get the best out of your body whether you be at the highest level of sport, just returning to activity or contemplating getting into it’ – Etinenne.

Etienne is available from both the Macquarie and Deakin Clinic 88 locations.
