About Dee

Dee is a Soft Tissue Therapist, Life and Wellness Coach and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher.  She has been working in Australia and internationally for 12 years. With 5 marathons under her belt, a lover of yoga and a big fan of mindfulness she has a strong foundation of adventure and wellness. Dee treats many clients for regular full body maintenance to manage day to day aches and pains with the primary goal to achieve and maintain optimal wellbeing.

Dee is an experienced therapist and is available at the Macquarie on Friday and Saturday.
