About AJ

AJ has been training as a Raw Powerlifter for over four years and competes both nationally and internationally in the IPF affiliated Powerlifting Federation, Powerlifting Australia. She has achieved an Elite I lifting total in both the Womens 52kg and 57kg open division categories, and is currently ranked among the top three in her competition weight class (52kg), top 20 in the country and top 100 world wide.

AJ loves strength training and the mental and physical benefits that come from a consistent and dedicated approach to self growth and improvement in the gym. AJ understands the importance of great technique in relation to both performance and longevity and enjoys educating people on how to train smart and safe. If she wasn’t working at C88 she would most likely be … a pirate!
