Focusing on personalised attention that delivers results, our 1-on-1 program offers 45 and 60-minute sessions with a quaified personal trainer. Your program will consist of a full initial assessment, realistic short-term and long-term goals, nutritional support and a personalised exercise plan. Includes full initial assessment and personalised goal setting

Group Training (2-4 participants)

Providing fun results in a supportive team atmosphere, our group training offers 45 and 60 min sessions with a qualified trainer. Groups consist of 2 to 4 people, a perfect number for friends or family. Even though being on the same fitness level as the other members of your group is beneficial, your trainer will tailor the program to accommodate different fitness levels if necessary. The program will consist of an initial assessment and the establishment of short-term and long-term goals for group participants to make sure everyone reaches his/her goals!
