Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Late cancellations (less than four hours prior to appointment) and now shows are almost impossible to fill with another client.  Hence the appointment that was allocated to yourself becomes vacant and the business does not receive any remuneration for the time allocated.

To maintain the viability of the Clinic and its employees and provide treatment sessions for other clients, we expect a minimum of four hours prior to cancel or change your appointment time.

Late cancellations or No Shows will incur a 50% cost of the appointment.

All appointments receive a reminder text message (and email if applicable).  If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please do so when you receive this reminder.
